The global streaming trackers are built Hollywood-first. They do a good job with the major English-language services and a handful of markets — but the moment you step outside that, coverage thins out fast. For hundreds of millions of viewers who watch primarily in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Bengali, Arabic, Bahasa or dozens of other languages, "where can I legally watch this?" has been a frustrating question.
